Job Description

SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the DPF in all aspects of managing projects. The Project Coordinator will excel at organization, communication, and customer service. The Project Coordinator will assist the DPF with project set up, budget management and reporting, construction scheduling, planning, contractor scheduling and procurement of equipment and furnishings.  All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde’s Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in setting up jobs, creating job folders and coordinating construction plan reproduction
  • Maintain, monitor, and organize project records
  • Create, organize, and distribute bid documents
  • Support the project team in working with government authorities on obtaining all necessary project permits, licenses, and variances
  • Coordinate and track submittals, change orders, and schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, take meeting minutes and distribute meeting minutes
  • Use Project Management and Scheduling Software consistently and accurately
  • Assist DPF with managing project budgets and projections

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Business or construction management degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior administrative experience in a construction, engineering or architectural setting is preferred
  • Proven contract negotiation skills a plus
  • Financial analysis skills a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Procore, E-Builder and MS Project is preferred
