Job Description


The Academic Systems Administrator manages various academic systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.  This individual is responsible for supporting systems and processes directly relatable to campus effectiveness and student success.  In addition, a variety of non-systems support tasks are required to be completed with the highest levels of accuracy and consistency.  All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde’s Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.


  • Systemically manage book and material lists by campus and program including coordinating with campus associates and publisher representatives, data entry, data verification, and error correction
  • Manage Cap Ex and purchase order requests
  • Verify, process and code academic invoices from all suppliers including publishers, subject matter experts, curriculum developers, and others
  • Maintain and publish various academic tools including the Academic Success Calculator, Re-Entry Worksheet, Project Timeline, and others
  • Create and maintain new and existing clinical affiliation records within the EXXAT system as requested by the National Clinical Site Developer
  • Assist with review and maintenance of the Academic Affairs intranet site on Concorde Central and assist with creating/posting news releases
  • Assist with pricing updates and greenlight processes for new programs in Broadleaf
  • Assist with developing, processing, and submitting of applications to various accrediting bodies as directed
  • Attend and participate in various academic meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
  • Able to learn new computer applications quickly
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute significantly while unsupervised

  • High school diploma required - Associates degree preferred
