Job Description


To assist campuses who have vacancies or challenges with front end operations remotely.  To educate, advise and support students in the appropriate procedures to ensure the completion of all applicable grant, loan and scholarship applications in a remote environment.  To provide assistance to all applicants in the understanding and interpretation of applicable Federal, State and institutional requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service.  All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde’s Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.


  • Complete remote packaging appointments for campuses with vacancies or who need assistance for other reasons.  Advise prospective students of all funding sources available to students attending Concorde Career College and provide each prospective student an introduction to financial aid during the student’s tour
  • Assist students with questions regarding the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the Master Promissory Note for the Federal Stafford, Federal Unsubsidized and Federal PLUS loans, Federal SEOG, and Federal Perkins applications utilizing all required Federal and Concorde Career College forms
  • Check NSLDS for status of prospective student loans
  • Conduct entrance interviews and testing and exit interviews and testing as required by Title IV regulation and Concorde Career College
  • Complete re-entry and subsequent packaging accurately
  • Work assigned exceptions reports for campuses who have staffing vacancies
  • Know and comply with all applicable Concorde policies/procedures per the College policy and procedure manual
  • Know and comply with all applicable Federal regulations/procedures per the annual Federal Handbook
  • Perform other duties related to student financial aid packaging efforts as assigned


  • Associate degree preferred
  • 5 years Financial Aid Advisor Experience
  • Mastery of FAA skill sets
  • Familiar with VA policy and procedures
  • This role will serve to help campuses across the company, so must be able to learn differences in programs between campuses and adapt quickly to differing state rules
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Knowledge and ability to run CampusNexus operating system preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and be a quick learner of complex processes
